While doing this list update i felt that the way i position sites is flawed in many ways. Not that this is new or anything, but when the sites are judged by one person you know it's going to be off. Obviously since there are so many different types of sites in the top 100 it is difficult to rate them all the same way. Be it for general sites, character sites, information sites, interactive sites, or international sites. For the next list update i've decided to have a certain criteria for each specific category of a site. That way listing sites 1 through 100 will be more fluid despite the fact that there are many different categories. I'll post all the info about the criteria in the next few weeks. In the meantime, check out the update bar on the right to see what's changed and go ahead and review some of the new sites.
