Futurama vor Comeback?

    Die Gerüchteküche brodelt. Wegen der gut verkauften Futurama DVD´s und dem Futurama Spiels soll angeblich eine weitere Staffel für das nächste Jahr in Planung sein. Laut CGEF ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sogar bis zu 50% sein, dass sie zurück kommen können. Hier ein Originalausschnitt von Moviehole.net :


    The word around the campfire is that due to increasingly good sales on the “Futurama” DVD sets and Video Game, Fox may be firing up the grill on another season of Matt Groening’s show.


    The series, which was on air for four seasons, never reached the heights of popularity achieved by “The Simpsons”, but was applauded by critics & fans everywhere.


    At the time the show was “pulled indefinitely”, the rumour was that at least another season of the show was in the early to 50% complete stage of production, and may be “revisited further down the road”.


    Well, according to a couple of sources, they may just have gotten a little further down the road, so hopefully for fans of the show, there will be more Fry, Bender, Leela and Dr. Zoidberg on the way this time next year!

    Nun nachdem wir letztes mal über die Gerüchte berichtet haben, erscheinen diese Nachrichten in mehreren Seiten. Nun berichtet tvtome.com weitere genauere Details:

It's been revealed this week that there are several scripts laying in wait, as well as animatics and story boards which were left over from the last season at FOX. Like most shows, hopeful for renewal, the producers and writers will have material waiting so that if they ever return, they immediately have material to produce and get on the air as soon as they start. The news has seemed to come out at just the right time, now that sales of the 4th Season DVD are showing the series was quite popular.

    Doch ich denke schon, dass die Qualität der Filme passabel sein wird, da sie mit Sicherheit wissen, dass FOX das ganze sehr streng mitverfolgen werden. Wenn die DVDs ein Erfolg werden und viel Geld einbringen, dann kann es durchaus sein, dass Futurama dann als Serie wieder produziert werden kann..

    Ok Kumpel, mit dem Tod einer Person scherzt man hier überhaupt nicht. Und wenn du meinen Beitrag nochmal durchließt, dann wirst du auch merken, dass ich deinen Namen überhaupt nicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Tod gebracht habe. Daher kannst du diese Art und Weise deiner Posts gleich mal in den Sand stecken..
