Versteckter Gag in Folge Homer verkauft seine Seele?

  • In der Folge, wo Homer seine Seele an den Teufel für einen Donut verkauft, kommt es zu einer Gerichtsverhandlung. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Geschworenengericht, wobei der Teufel die Geschworenen auswählt.
    Dort werden unter anderem die Spieler der 'Philadelphia Flyers' Mannschaft von 1976 ausgewählt.


    Ich bin mir relativ sicher, dass dort ein Gag dahinter steckt, welchen ich nicht kenne. Kann mir jemand helfen?
